STUDENT COMPLAINTS

School policy prior to filing a valid complaint, Student must attempt to resolve the issue with school officials start from Instructor, Manager, School Director, according to the policies of the school which you are attending.  If students unable to reach a resolution filed with the school, you may contact the appropriate State Agency that the school keeps posted.  Everything must be document.

STUDENT GRIEVANCE POLICY PROCEDURE

Furthermore, if a student feels that his/her complaint is not being handled in accordance with the school policy and procedure and resolution cannot be reach, Student will be required to complete a formal complaint and are investigated by staff and a decision by the administrator of the Commission.  If either party does not agree with that decision, an appeal to the full Commission may be requested.

RIGHTS TO APPEAL, SUSPENSION, PROBATION,  TERMINATION

The students who wish to appeal any decision that was made due to Probation, Suspension and Termination must submit a letter to the School Administrator.  The letter must explain the whole scope of relevant subject matter.  School Director has the final review in all “Right to Appeal” matters,
